Parents of 2020 Grads: A Facebook page has been created called “HSS Class of 2020 – Parents” where information will be shared regarding the prom event. This is a key method of communicating amongst the parents in order to make this year’s event a resounding success. Please request to join the group to stay informed.
Fees & Forms: Thank you to everyone for voting on your prom fee preference. The majority voted for a $250 prom event fee.

Fundraisers and Volunteer Opportunities: These opportunities help grads earn back
some prom ticket money. We will track hours and money earned by each student. Please
email the committee if you are able to help out. Additional fundraisers will be announced as they are organized.
Polar Express: This volunteering opportunity allows us to secure the prom
venue with no additional costs to the graduating students. We strongly encourage all
graduating students to sign up to volunteer. The volunteer sign-up sheet is available on
the HSS prom notice board in the MPR or by emailing email@example.com.
Please sign up as soon as possible.
Bottle Depot: We have an account set up: “Dry Grad 2020”. Drop off your bottles
